Grassroots Art & Community Effort (GRACE) of Hardwick, Vermont was a recently given a first-time donation by donors of the Gay & Lesbian Fund of Vermont. Established in 1975, GRACE promotes “the discovery, development and promotion of self-taught art to elders and other underserved populations of Vermont.” Their art center is located in a historic 1885 firehouse in the heart of Hardwick’s commercial district.
