HomeShare Vermont is an innovative screening and matching service that pairs the elderly or disabled in Chittenden, Addison and Grand Isle counties with companions in exchange for free or reduced housing – allowing Home Providers to live independently with the comfort of knowing someone is available for companionship and household assistance, and giving students or working adults affordable housing options and the pleasure of forming a relationship with a person in need.
